Medicus Projects operates a full-service design, project management and construction company. We specialise in the delivery and refurbishment of hospitals and operating theatres. Our Experience
Medicus Projects is acutely aware of the importance of keeping theatre downtime to a minimum and considering that each project presents unique obstacles to overcome. To establish that we are in full control of the delivery of works until the project is handed over, we ensure that our Directors are across every detail of every project.
We have successfully executed a wide range of healthcare projects, from large-scale hospital renovations to intricate medical equipment installations.

Sam Delamont
Director
Having established Medicus Projects with Jarrod, Sam has presided over a rapid growth period taking on several employees whilst still maintaining his commitment to quality project delivery. Sam has project managed a vast array of construction projects and staff across Australia for the past 8 years. He has a diverse approach to construction and business management, from tendering to construction, post construction and beyond. Sam is heavily involved with each project, ensuring the best outcomes for Medicus Projects clients. Sam studied Construction Project Management and graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Jarrod Eastwood
Director
Jarrod started his career working for one of the largest electrical companies in Australia and quickly realised his passion for delivering high quality and cost-effective electrical solutions to clients. Jarrod moved on to run his own business and after 5 years merged with Spire Electrical, a renowned company which he recognised was committed to the same professionalism and customer-focused service that he has been delivering for over a decade.
